Return Policy

 

As a small business creating one of a kind, upcycled garments, we do not offer traditional returns. However, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange for another item on unworn pieces within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning the item to us.

To initiate a change, please contact us at secondversecustomerservice@gmail.com and we will guide you through the exchange process and provide the necessary instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the exchange and get your replacement item sent out as soon as possible

WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

We offer a 30-day warranty for items that arrived damaged or with a production defect. If your items has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Approved warranty claims may qualify for repair, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation.

Please take a moment to review measurements and the item(s) carefully before placing your order. Each item has lived a previous life, and with that comes a touch of character, and small imperfections or signs of wear are part of their story. Embrace the beauty of these vintage, reclaimed materials. Perfection isn’t the goal, authenticity and sustainability is.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Second Verse Gift Cards do no expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards can only be redeemed toward purchases at Second Verse Apparel.
