Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Because each Second Verse piece is one-of-a-kind and carefully packaged, slight variations in processing time may occur during busy periods or product launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from:

• Canada: 3–10 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery
If you are located in London, Ontario, local delivery may be available by appointment. Select “Local Delivery” at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a convenient time.

Sustainable Packaging
We strive to reduce waste by using recycled or compostable packaging materials whenever possible.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or customs processing. Second Verse Apparel is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
